A Heartfelt Gesture

At the Ree-Generation Rescue Mission, our team is committed to making a tangible difference in the lives of those facing hardships in our community. This morning, Ms. Beverly and the team had the opportunity to deliver groceries to a single mom with a 2-year-old daughter. The heartfelt gesture was met with immense gratitude, and a photograph of the moment was shared to capture the essence of compassion and kindness.

Mission

The Ree-Generation Rescue Mission is inspired by the teachings of the Bible, as the Lord Jesus Christ encourages us to extend a helping hand to those in need. A fitting verse from Isaiah 58 (King James Version) captures the spirit of our mission:

"Is it not to deal thy bread to the hungry, and that thou bring the poor that are cast out to thy house? when thou seest the naked, that thou cover him; and that thou hide not thyself from thine own flesh?" (Isaiah 58:7)

By putting these words into action, the Ree-Generation Rescue Mission seeks to create a positive impact and foster a sense of community and love for our neighbors. Today's act of kindness is just one example of the many ways we strive to uplift those in need and create a brighter future for everyone.
